We had such a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to Lauren! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. She knew the menu by heart, gave amazing recommendations, answered every question with confidence, and made the whole dinner smooth and enjoyable. Even while busy, she constantly checked in and made sure everything was perfect. I also forgot to mention that I’m allergic to parsley, and the moment I brought it up, Lauren immediately corrected my order without any hesitation and made sure everything was handled carefully. That level of attentiveness and care truly stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Lauren absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding service we’ll definitely be back because of her!

Caro was our server and she was amazing! She was incredibly friendly, attentive to our table and made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Her bubbly personality and professionalism truly stood out and made our dining experience even better! I will definitely be back and hope to have her as our server! Caro was the best server I’ve had in a while!

Today was my birthday, and I decided to take myself out to lunch at Red Lobster. Honestly, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I sat down, Erin treated me with such kindness, warmth, and genuine care that it truly meant more than I can express. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference, and today was one of those days for me. The food was wonderful, but Erin’s service is what I’ll remember most. Thank you for making me feel celebrated, comfortable, and appreciated on my birthday. It turned a simple lunch into a really special memory, and I’m incredibly grateful.

We went today and our visit was very pleasant,our waitress GREG was awesome, very friendly,our food was on point,fresh,our drinks were good,but our desserts were do delicious 😋. Thanks we will be back soon for sure.

Definitely recommend this red lobster. Our waitress Heather was the best waitress i think I have ever had. She let our son touch and hold one of the lobsters! Always smiling and joking. Very personable, fun, and good at her job. Excellent service! 👐👏👏
